Jeff is an experienced office manager that has been with the firm since the beginning of 2007". He served as the office manager for Mobile Desk, a manufacturing corporation, for five years prior to joining our staff. His experience includes:

Lisa is an accountant who has been with the firm since June 2009. She has a strong background in payroll, payroll taxes and human resources and is experienced in the areas of sales tax and bookkeeping as well.
Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The College of Mount St. Joseph. In her spare time she serves on the Board of Directors for The Tri-State Bleeding Disorder Foundation. She is also an Ohio Notary Public.
Dan works part-time as the office coordinator of Keis CPA where he oversees all sales tax, payroll tax and bookkeeping. Dan also works part-time as a solo practice attorney focusing on corporate law, contracts, tax and other business related issues.
Dan has been a licensed practicing attorney in the state of Ohio for four years. He has an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where Dan served as an editor of The Ohio State Law Journal. Dan also graduated with a BSBA from Xavier University where he majored in Finance and was a recipient of the St. Francis Xavier scholarship. Dan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
